INTRODUCTION TO YOGA - This yoga class focuses on philosophy, basic breathing, and postures. The practice improves circulation, cleanses internal organs, transforms negative emotions, and creates peace of mind. Individual attention is given in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
